Singapore's 44th National Day....
Yesterday was exciting !!! Went out with friends to watch fire works.
Met Yan at Tamp Mrt at 12.
We were gg to Outram to do some stuff n otw there,i called Keem if he wanted to tag along to Outram as he was at his grandparents house.
While waiting,We walk from Outram MRT to Chinatown as we thought we were heading to City Hall.
We kinda got lost.At arnd 1.30,Keem called n said he had arrived at the MRT.
Dh jauh2,kene pata balik.1st mistake
Took 30 mins to reach the MRT.Done our stuff,thought that Farayz,Feeza n Ayn had met up but our assumption was dead wrong.All still at home.SO we told them we go Marina Bay first so by then,all would have been otw here.
Me,Keem n Yan went to Marina Bay n wanted to go to Marina Barage first so the rest n meet us thr.While waiting for the shuttle bus,we sat opposite the pick up point as it was hot.
While sitting,2 fully pack buses came but we gave it a miss,our 3rd mistake.Then 3 indonesian ladies who too wanted to watch the fireworks came to us for direction,i was cranky as it was hot but i have paitence so i talked to them n give direction to where the best place of watching the fireworks would be.
Done talking,We call Farayz to ask where he was.Bloody fish sticks!! All still at home.Got damn angry went back to Marina Bay MRT to go grab a bite.That was our 4th mistake.There,we made the 5th mistake which was gg back up although we knew there was 2 MRT trains only,Wasted time again.But in the MRT train,I accidentally bump into a cute girl n said sorry n smiled at her.She blushed.
We had a nice confortable spot to sit n we decided to eat at banquet.Keem thought it was at Raffles place.Got out of there,we realised that we came a stop early.That was our 6th mistake.When we check the map of the area,I suddenly realised tht the place that we were walking was parallel to Chinatown,so we were not wrong but we didn't go opposite the area to go to City Hall.7th mistake.
Went back in n went to City hall as Bob was there with his friends n wanted to head to One Fulleron Hotel to watch the fireworks.We met up.Damn crowded but the funny thing was that me,Keem n Yan cut through the crowd as if we were having a race.Fun.So we were otw way to Fullerton Hotel,I txted Farayz to asked if they had met each other,Fish uh!!! All still goyang kaki at home.So we all went to Fullerton Hotel,Keem said that Raffles place was nearer to One Fullerton Hotel.Our 8th mistake.
Upon reaching the hotel,we were getting hungry so we decided to go back to Esplanade.Going to Fullerton Hotel was our 9th mistake.Wasted our time to go there but we should go eat first.Ate at makansutra at Esplanade n it was arnd 5.30.I called Farayz n asked if they have met up or i will not meet up with them.Lucky they say they nearby.Yan wanted to pour water at me as i kept disturbing him but instead he poured water on himself.His 10th mistake.By 6,Farayz n the rest had arrived.We gave them a red carpet invitation.We told them to eat her but nooo,all wanted to eat at Marina Sq.I was like lazy to go as we had the best seat in the house to watch the fireworks.We were angry n lazy but we still went on.Going out of the Esplanade was our 11th mistake as we could not enter back back.Fish uh.Kimak!!!
Tapi tkper.Ass.Then Farayz n Ayn went to Burger King to buy food n i was talking to Keem n Yan.So we didn't hear wht Feeza said.At last kene marah dgn dier.Like tk perlu seh.That was our 12th mistake.We kene marah for no particular reason.That was the last of the last of out Unfortunate Events.
We went to the top of the Marina Sq. and saw Bob n his friends.We knew almost everyone of his friends.Bib wasn't at the Fullerton Hotel as they kene halaw as it was getting overcrowded.
The funny thing tht happen was that when ppl were to enter the rooftop,there is a platform so ppl must watch their step.Me,Keem n Yan kept laughing as ppl kept tripping bcause of it.Funny uh the ppl's reaction.Like step cool.
Then there was some maneuvers the apache helicopters did followed by a Chinhook Carring the Singapore flag with the fighter plane fly thought n their afterburner was extremely long n it literally broke the sound barrier n it was a follow up by the 21 gun salutation.
Time passed by n Me,Lan,Wan,Keem,Farayz n few others climb a rooftop to get a better view of the fireworks n the view frm where we stand was amazingly beautiful.It was execllent.It made me loss of words n no word could describe the feeling when i was there.The grand finale was spectacular n fantastic.Well,The time waited was not a waste as the fireworks display was a long awaited event that the ppl was waiting for and the time was well spent as i would not have missed it for the world to see it.
